ST PAULS NCGOBO
Ngcobo is located along R61 between Mthatha and Queenstown . This parish was established in 1952, its one of the small parishes we have in our diocese. For a small parish it was a proud moment when we topped the Bishop’s fund in 2009 ahead of big parishes like All Saits Cathedral.
PARISH PRIEST
A humble man, hardworking and a dedicated priest. He came to this parish as a brother from the seminary then he was ordained a Deacon and later that year he was ordained a priest serving this parish.

All out stations attend first Sundays at the parish and in other Sundays the priest and lay leaders goes to their stations.
SACRAMENTS
CONFIRMATION: This is time when the Bishop comes to our parish to celebrate mass with us.
THE EUCHARIST: As Christ promised to be with us always, Mass is celebrated every Sundays.
CONFESSION: Every Sunday before mass the priest is always in the church conducting confession.
MARRIAGE: The priest is always reminding the youth to bless their marriages because the union of man woman is done by God.

– Very close by there is an Orphanage where the parish is very active.
– Visiting the sick and prisons
YOUTH:
– The youth in this parish are very active. To avoid drugs and alcohol abuse when schools are on holidays they do other church activities.
SODALITIES
ST ANN:
This is the backbone of the parish they have 16 members.
SACRED HEART
They have 5 members and they remind everyone about the suffering of Christ on the cross.
DAUGHTERS OF ST ANN
They work for the church as Mary used to do, with 6 members they lead the parish in praying Rosary.
MENS UNION:
Men’s Union has 12 members as Joseph used to take care of Mary and Jesus its their responsibility to be on the flont line in making the parish glow.
